The M Series is a state-of-the-art cutting machine designed for seamless mitering, integrating both sawblade and waterjet capabilities in a single unit. Its expansive mitering envelope allows it to process super jumbo slabs with ease. Enhanced by Alphacam and BACA’s custom toolbar, programming is intuitive and efficient. The machine features precise multi-point slab thickness adjustment for mitering and a groundbreaking patent-pending auto-calibration process for unmatched accuracy.

The Robo SawJet M Series is a high-performance cutting system engineered for superior mitering, seamlessly combining saw blade and waterjet technology for full-process efficiency. Ideal for diverse applications, it excels in precision mitering of inside corners (L-shapes), integrated sinks, and custom countertop designs. The saw blade is optimized for straight-run countertops, delivering faster cuts at a lower operational cost, while the waterjet is strategically utilized for intricate non-linear cuts—such as sinks and arcs—while reducing material waste by eliminating blade overtravel.
High Reliability & Minimal Maintenance
At the core of the Robo SawJet M Series is a durable, foundry-grade KUKA KR 210 robot, powered by a high-performance 26HP saw motor and a 50HP H2O waterjet. Known for exceptional reliability and precision, KUKA robots are trusted in demanding industries like automotive and aerospace. Unlike custom-built gantry systems, robotic solutions require minimal maintenance—annual servicing involves greasing just two zerk fittings, with an oil change needed only every 10,000 hours or five years, whichever comes first
The M Series also features a streamlined waterjet maintenance system. With waterjet lines positioned externally on the robot, users can easily access them without dealing with traditional cat tracks found in competing machines.
