Horizontal Edge Polisher Comandulli

Calibrated Bevel Device (Patented)
(2) 3-horsepower spindles, set at a 45-degree angle, feature a calibrated bevel device that ensures a consistent bevel along the entire length of the slab.
Build To Last
To prevent rusting, the machinery’s structure and main components undergo a modern metallization process consisting of several phases: sandblasting, zinc wire metallization, a priming coat with zinc phosphate epoxy, and a final application of high-solid polyacrylic enamel. The painted covers undergo a cataphoresis treatment, which includes multiple stages: degreasing, spray or dipping pretreatment, an electroplating bath that utilizes electric power for uniform paint adhesion, after-washing, and furnace baking.
Horizontal Edge Polisher
Horizontal machines simplify the processing of larger countertops by making handling, loading, and unloading safer and more efficient compared to vertical machines. The Edilplus is specifically designed to accommodate both backsplash and full countertop pieces.
Optional Multi Function Calibrator
Edilplus offers an optional calibrator equipped with a diamond tool, designed to mill the B-side of pieces for precise thickness control along the entire slab, reducing the need for shims during installation. The calibrator can also be adjusted to a 90-degree position to grind back the glue line on laminated or stacked pieces.
Optional Vertical Spindle
The vertical spindle enables smooth finishing of the underside (B-side) of parts, a function commonly used to ensure overhangs have a smooth, touch-friendly surface.
