Horizontal Multi Edge Polisher Athena
Fully automatic single-head CNC edge polishing machine designed for marble, granite, engineered quartz, and ceramic, capable of polishing both straight and shaped edge profiles with precision and efficiency.
Easy 2 Use
The software includes a selection of popular edge profiles, allowing operators to quickly and easily choose the desired design. Users can modify, add, or adjust existing profile parameters, such as bevel dimensions, which automatically updates the tool sequence and working settings. The Athena is capable of processing up to five parts simultaneously, accommodating varying material thicknesses and different edge details for maximum efficiency.
Multi Edge Processing
With exceptional versatility and precision, it effortlessly crafts a variety of edge profiles, from sleek bevels to intricate bullnose designs, meeting diverse customer preferences and design specifications.
Built To Last
To ensure durability and prevent rust, the machinery’s structure and key components undergo a specialized metallization process. This multi-step treatment includes sandblasting, zinc wire metallization, a zinc phosphate epoxy primer, and a final coating of high-solid polyacrylic enamel. Additionally, the painted covers receive a cataphoresis treatment, involving degreasing, spray or dip pretreatment, an electroplating bath for uniform paint adhesion, thorough rinsing, and final curing in a furnace. This advanced process guarantees superior corrosion resistance and long-lasting protection.
