Multi Function Calibrator
The Omega Pencil features a precision calibrator equipped with a diamond tool that mills the B-side of stone pieces to the perfect thickness. This process ensures countertops sit flush on cabinets, reducing the need for shims during installation and guaranteeing a seamless, professional fit.
Edge Rectifier
The Omega Pencil is equipped with a standard edge rectifier, designed to seamlessly grind back saw or waterjet blends on the edge. It also effectively minimizes glue lines on laminated or stacked pieces, ensuring a smooth, high-quality finish.
Vertical Spindle
The spindle is designed to refine the underside (B-side) of parts, creating a smooth, polished finish. This feature is especially useful for ensuring that the underside of overhangs is soft to the touch, enhancing both aesthetics and comfort.
Built To Last
To ensure long-lasting durability and prevent rust, the machinery’s structure and main components undergo an advanced metallization process. This multi-step treatment includes sandblasting, zinc wire metallization, a zinc phosphate epoxy primer, and a final coating of high-solid polyacrylic enamel. Additionally, the painted covers undergo a cataphoresis treatment, which involves degreasing, spray or dip pretreatment, an electroplating bath for uniform paint adhesion, thorough rinsing, and final curing in a furnace. This meticulous process guarantees superior corrosion resistance and extended machine longevity.
